Healthcare Technology
Healthcare IT Consulting
Support clinical and administrative technology with secure, practical, healthcare-aware IT delivery.
What we deliver
We support clinical and administrative technology end-to-end, drawing on hands-on delivery experience across hospital, imaging, and healthcare administrative environments.
EHR Support
Healthcare staff don't have patience for a flaky EHR mid-shift, and they shouldn't have to. We provide hands-on support for EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech, covering workflow configuration, custom reporting, data movement between systems, and day-to-day user support when something doesn't work the way a clinician expects. That includes building and maintaining interfaces between the EHR and lab systems, billing, pharmacy, and other downstream applications using HL7 and FHIR standards, so patient data moves accurately between systems instead of getting re-entered by hand and introducing errors along the way. We handle go-live support during EHR rollouts and upgrades, when call volume spikes and clinical staff need fast answers, not a ticket sitting in a queue for two days. We also build the custom reports administrators and clinical leadership actually ask for: utilization, throughput, documentation compliance, and the dozens of operational questions a standard EHR report template was never built to answer. Because this work touches protected health information at every step, everything we build and support follows HIPAA-compliant practices around access control, logging, and data handling. The goal is an EHR environment clinical staff trust enough to not think about, which is the highest compliment IT in healthcare can get.
Healthcare Analytics
Healthcare generates more data than almost any other industry, structured records, lab results, scheduling data, and an enormous volume of imaging and media that most analytics teams never touch. We build operational dashboards covering scheduling efficiency, patient throughput, and resource utilization, the metrics that actually change how a department runs day to day. We also go deeper into radiology and imaging analytics specifically: tracking turnaround times, report volumes, and quality metrics out of radiology reporting platforms like PowerScribe One, and building pipelines that pull structured data out of enterprise imaging and vendor-neutral archive systems like Hyland Infinity, so imaging volume and storage trends are visible alongside the rest of your operational data instead of living in a separate silo only the imaging team can see. That includes handling DICOM images and other clinical media at scale: cataloging, linking studies back to patient records, and supporting the storage and retrieval pipelines that keep large imaging files accessible without slowing down the systems around them. We connect all of this into the scheduling analytics and data pipeline work happening elsewhere in the organization, so imaging and media data isn't a separate report nobody reads, it's part of the same operational picture as the rest of the hospital.
Compliance-Aware IT
In healthcare, a technically correct system that isn't compliant is still a failed system, because the first HIPAA audit or breach investigation will find the gap. We build and support IT environments with compliance treated as a foundation, not an afterthought. That means HIPAA-minded security controls on every system that touches patient data: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access so staff only see the records relevant to their job, and detailed audit logging so there's always a clear answer to who accessed what and when. We manage vendor coordination for the EHR vendors, imaging vendors, and third-party tools every hospital depends on, making sure contracts, business associate agreements, and integration points meet the same compliance bar instead of becoming the weak link in an otherwise secure environment. We also build in the auditability that compliance officers and regulators actually ask for during reviews: access reports, change logs, and documentation that can be produced quickly instead of reconstructed under pressure during an audit. Having delivered this across healthcare clients, we build for an environment that holds up when a regulator, auditor, or breach investigator starts asking detailed questions, not just one that looks fine on paper.
Integration Support
A hospital runs on dozens of systems that were never designed to talk to each other, the EHR, departmental applications, SharePoint for internal documentation, cloud data platforms for reporting, and reporting tools layered on top of all of it. We build the integrations that connect them. That includes application-to-application connections using HL7, FHIR, and standard APIs so data entered once in the EHR shows up correctly in the systems downstream that need it, instead of being manually re-entered by staff who have better things to do. We set up and maintain SharePoint environments for internal documentation, policy management, and departmental collaboration, integrated with the rest of your systems instead of existing as an isolated silo. We build the cloud data layers that pull information out of all of these systems into one place, so reporting tools have a single, reliable source to query instead of pulling inconsistent numbers from five different applications. And we maintain these integrations over time, because a connection that works at go-live and silently breaks six months later when a vendor pushes an update is its own kind of risk. The goal is a set of systems that function as one coherent environment, not a collection of applications your staff has to manually keep in sync.
